The Seafield Arms Whitehills Ltd will endeavour to either refund the customer the full product price or provide replacement goods if the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, providing Seafield Arms Whitehills Ltd is notified of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and for reasons that Seafield Arms Whitehills Ltd has control over.

Please be aware during the delivery process, we use a 3rd party courier who also have set guidelines for distribution
