Exactly the same as our Steak Mince pie except for the topping. The puff pastry lid is substituted with a light fluffy mash which is piped onto the top of the pie and browned during the cooking process. Some of our customers also place a small portion of cheese onto these pies during the end of the reheating process, why not try either a mature or mild grated white or coloured cheddar to add even more colour to this delicious pie.
